Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. I truly appreciate your patience and support.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS (or selected carrier at checkout). Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping option.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Bre’ella Rose & Co is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bre’ella Rose & Co is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office first. Unfortunately, Bre’ella Rose & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
